“I was pretty nervous only because of how much weight I’ve gained in just a year, otherwise I was fine because Ashley is SO easy to be with and she walks you through every moment of the shoot, whether it’s boudoir or bridal. Once I got over my excess tummy fat, and sort of accepted it, I was fine.
I just have goals to work toward at some point. But it definitely was a shoot that empowered me to feel good the way I am RIGHT NOW instead of waiting to be ready to “get fit”.
You are worthy to feel good right now and it’s normal to feel a bit uncomfortable with the idea. It’s something new! But it feels sooooo good once you see your pics!!!”
